Check out this baddie! THIS was swimming in the lake near our house a couple of days ago. I think SWIMMING WITH THE ALLIGATORS may be the title of my next book:
This picture was taken from my neighbor's kitchen window. GAH! Now that I've seen one in real life, I'm baffled as to why they're pictured all cutesy-wootsy on tourist T-shirts, sipping tropical drinks and sporting sun visors. Whose idea was that? What is cute aobut a giant, scaly, man-eating reptile? Nothing. No wonder toursim is down.

Here's my baddie: When I was in elementary school, the meanest boy in class was named Angel. The first time I saw Angel slam someone's face into the water fountain, I understood the meaning of irony.
